Meet Tracy Hamlin, 2010's Exceptional DBA. Chosen as the winner by the SQL Server community and the Exceptional DBA Awards judges, her 20 years in the database world have seen her move from developer to DBA and work with Oracle, Sybase and SQL Server. In her most recent role, Tracy Hamlin oversaw explosive growth from one 200 gigabyte database to 75 databases housing 100 terabytes of data, working closely with developers and training junior DBAs along the way. |
