Judges search for the Exceptional DBA of 2008

Entries now closed as judges select the five finalists

It's clear from all the nominations submitted from over 19 countries since May 2008 that there are many SQL Server DBA achievements to celebrate.

The standard of the nominations for the awards is high, and the judges' selection process to find five finalists will be tough. If you nominated, many thanks for your participation and contribution to the success of these new awards.

The five finalists chosen by the judges will be announced during the week commencing 25th August, 2008.

How does it work?

The title of Exceptional DBA of the Year 2008 will be awarded to just one winner from a selection of five finalists, as chosen by a distinguished panel of judges with years of industry experience.

It's then up to the SQL Server Central community to vote for the winner from the five finalists presented.
